Super Easy Butternut Squash Recipe

1st: Preset over on Bake 350 degrees

2nd:Remove outer (hard) skin from squash.  Once removed, dice squash into thick bite size chunks

3rd: Throw butternut squash chunks into Dutch oven, or oven safe bowl with lid.  Drizzle olive oil and stir chunks so all are heavily coated

4th: Sprinkle dried or fresh sage so evenly covered (lightly)  A little bit of sage goes along way.  Add light Salt / pepper

5th: Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes.  Time will vary depending on your oven and what you're baking in. Check at about 15 minutes and stir squash around.  FYI: A dutch oven cooks fast.  Bake until your reference in consistency - Just sample it while cooking after 25 minutes, each 5 minutes, keep checking.
So tasty, so easy!

Thanks MOM for giving me these butternut squash this summer from your garden.  Love how these organic squash can keep for months if kept in cool, dark and dry spot.
