My favorite sweet treat!

I want to share my favorite sweet treat today that actually is healthy (kids love this too!):

Arbonne NO BAKE Protein Bars:


1  16 oz. organic raw, unsalted almond butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 cup honey or agave nectar  
2 1/4 cups of Arbonne  Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder (or mixture)
3 cups dry uncooked oatmeal
2 Tb. Water

 
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter and honey, heat in microwave for 50-70 seconds, or until it easily stirs. Add protein powder in small portions and stir, then small portions of oatmeal and water and mix thoroughly. It will be thick and sticky.  Press flat into a 9 x16 inch pan.  Refrigerate 1 hour, or until solid enough to cut into bars.
